About
Michael D. Sutherland II, a South Florida Native, joined the Asset Specialists Management Team in 2022 as a Project Manager specializing in the oversight of large “special projects” in the firm’s portfolio of managed and owned properties. He quickly rose in the ranks to become a Property Manager in 2023, and is now responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and maintenance of a portion of the company’s portfolio of managed properties. In order to promote overall satisfaction, Michael is dedicated to providing excellent service and maintaining great working relationships with our tenants, vendors, and owners.
Prior to joining the team, Michael spent 20+ years working in finance as a Finance Manager in the Motorsports/Powersports industry. Michael also has experience working as a licensed C.A.M. Manager in Multifamily Communities.
Michael is a US Army Veteran who proudly served with the 1st Ranger Battalion during 1988-1992.
