As Chief Financial Officer, Cindy manages a broad range of responsibilities and has been an integral part of our firm for going on 3 decades. Her professionalism and knowledge of accounting and financial analysis enable us to maintain timely and accurate records on each property, and to keep our clients fully informed of their property’s financial progress.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Accounting Degree and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Florida Atlantic University. She maintains an active Florida Real Estate License and is an eligible Certified Public Accountant (CPA) candidate.
By monitoring and supervising every aspect of income and expenses related to each property, preparing, analyzing, and auditing financial statements and management reports, and developing projections and budgets to meet each investor’s requirements, Cindy assures that our firm maintains a leading edge in this specialized area of the real estate industry.
Cindy has vast experience and training in the accounting field within the real estate industry. Prior to her extensive career at Asset Specialists, Inc., Cindy was employed by MIG Realty Advisors, one of the country’s largest privately held real estate investment advisors. There, she provided real estate investment and management services to public and private employee benefit plans, pension portfolios, endowments, and charitable foundations.
